When I was in high school my older brother went off to college to study Psychology.
One weekend when he came home I asked him what he was learning.
He grabbed a piece of paper and a pencil and asked me to draw a picture of a person.
What I drew looked a lot like a version of these guys.
He then said that what I drew was how I see myself. I think it was supposed to mean that if you drew big ears or a long neck you were self-conscious about that part of yourself.
I didn't agree with his assessment.
He never did go into the field of psychology as a career so he was probably wrong about self-sketching as self interpretation.
But I do think that my hair, when I grow it out, does look a bit like that sketch in the upper right.
